Durham Park Water Supply Corp was chartered on September 23, 1988 by original board members Walter Jenkner, Dorothy Klein, Oscar Klein, Robert Moffitt and Homer Teague.
The Texas Commission for Environmental Quality has since then expanded the DPWSC Certificate of Convenience and Necessity to include not only Durham Park, but Boulderwood and Thousand Oaks subdivisions.
