Reminder: Rate Changes Effective May 1, 2025

Please be advised that our rates and some fees will be increasing as of May 1, 2025. All customers were mailed a copy of the new rate sheet in March 2025 as well as a letter from our Board President. For more information, please visit the Rates and Policies page.

Note: the $200 membership fee is for new members only (people who are just moving in). Existing customers will not be charged this fee, but the new rates for water usage will apply for all customers.
