AUTOPAY Now Available!

We are very excited to offer a new customer portal in PayStar for all our members! Here are some of the convenient features you can now enjoy:

  • Autopay: the wait is over! You can now schedule automatic payments for up to 5 days before the due date. (Service fees still apply for all credit/debit card payments)
  • Bill Payment Reminders
  • View Payment History/Receipts

Registering for an account is quick and easy:

  1. Visit durhamparkwsc.net/bill-payment and click Pay Your Bill Now.
  2. Enter your account number (with all four leading zeroes) and click Look Up Your Account. You can find your account number on your water bill.
  3. Enter the required information and click Create Account.
  4. Check your email for an email from PayStar to complete your registration. Click the link to finish your registration, and it will prompt you to create a password.
  5. Once you have created a password, your registration is complete, and you can now login to your account!

Note: It is not required to create an account or sign up for autopay in order to pay your bill. You can still pay by simply entering your account number as before.
